So I am a US citizen and I want to fixed my husbands immigration status. He recently went to court with his ex girlfriend to try and get custody of his children. However the ex put a restraining order against him to prevent him from seeing the children. She was granted the order for 3 years through lies. He has a clean criminal record as he had never been arrested or fingerprinted since entering this country. How will this TRO affect him in applying and getting his US residency? Please help
