Temporary EAD

I was told that one can get temporary EAD going to INS if 485/EAD application has been pending more than 90 days. I have 2 questions:

1) where in Boston, INS office at JFK Building,Government Center or INS office at Portland Street, North Station you have to go?

2) What do you need to take with you? Photos, Receipts, Cash etc??

What to take.

Hi,

I live in California, so don\'t know where to go in your case. But I can tell you what to take.

You need to take your I-485 receipt(Copy), I-765 receipt and a photo ID(Driver License or Passport). You don\'t need to pay anything since you have already filed for EAD(This I am assuming).
