Dear All,
Today I had my Interview in Islamabad and at the end of Interview I was given a green paper and the conslor told me that they need to do some further administrative process. In paper it was written that your visa is under administrative process and this can take months. Further, It said that it has been temporarily refused and I will be informed of the result once the process completes.

Dear All,

What does this all mean? Any experience from you people, please share. and How much time can this really take or even refuse?

That means they are doing different database checks with FBI or other agency. Can take a long or is done quick, nobody can say.

Thank you dear for replying. Hope it does not delay much that it expires (30th September)

Can I ask you something ... Did the consular ask you if you have any relatives in U.S?

Anyway I saw a lot of cases like yours in this forum and one of them got the visa on 30-Sep so don't worry about it, things will end up good inshallah

They did not ask me anything like that. does that make any difference?

Of course not, but sometimes if you have any relatives reside in U.S make the process easier for you, because they did put them under AP before you applied for the visa so they don't need to do it again with you.
Anyway think of it like this if your case didn't match their rules and standards then the CO rejected yor case on the spot.
Trust me I saw a lot of cases like yours and all of them end up getting their visa. You can search this forum and read their stories just to make sure.

Look I am telling you congrats now because I am sure you will get your visa sooner or later.
