2)I-140 and I-485 applied in Nov-2004
3)I-140 approved in Feb-2005
4)I-485 RFE responded in Sep-2005

I saw the new VISA bulletin in travel.sate.gov " do you think this will effect my GC process ??

Note: EB3 January 1, 1998 (India);

Will I be able to get the GC soon ?? or it will be delayed .

A small consolation. You are not alone. My PD is 04/2002 and my I-140 approved in 05/2005. My I-485 RD is 11/2004. Very similar to yours. Except no RFE so far. Keep in touch

I was told that more or less it impacts all (Post 98 PD). For a few years from now, we better should pretend as if we have not applied....
