Hello everyone,

Is it true that an H1B visa holder who hasn't been to India as of yet for the stamping and fingerprinting (One who studied in the US and started the job as soon as he graduated) can go to Canada and get the stamping and fingerprinting done? If yes, it would be great if you could post the details of the same here.
