Hi all,

Does Tech Lead position qualify for Perm EB2 with MS + 1 year of experience? What are the alternative titles that qualify for EB2 with MS + 1 year? Please let me know.

My lawyer told me any computer job title(Architect, Senior) for EB2 with MS ot BS + 5 will trigger Audit review until you are the manager title. Is that true?

Computer Software Engineer, System Analyst, Database Admin, Computer Scientist, Computer Programmers, Computer Hardware Engineer, Computer Support Specialists and System Administrator, network system and Data Communication Engineer, Internet developer, web developer, web designer, IT Manager, System Manager, Project Manager.

Tcehincal lead, module lead, group leader are not approved title by DOL

Your lawer has a valid point, if we just go strictly by the definition.......what could help IMHO maybe a higher salary........but really not sure
