i have a question.im came to US in nov 2007 on a TD visa which expired in may 2008 but my I-94 is valid until nov 2008.can i get my I-94 extended and can i apply for the visa extension from US only?how long does it take to get I-94 extended and whats the procedure?
You cannot get visa extended from within US. You can remain in US of course, and keep renewing I-94 by itself, but will need to get new Visa if you leave North America.
