TD visa help required

Anybody can plz tell me what are the supporting docs required for TD visa, I'm applying for my wife through mail(form I-539). Instructions are not very clear about supporting docs. I tried to call USCIS call center, they're not responding. my wife is not Canadian citizen. Should I send her passport for visa renewal ?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

TD application

Include

i-539 application
Required Fee
Copy of passport of your wife + copy of her I-94
Copy of your passport + copy of I-94
Copy of your marriage deed + translation(if not in English)


You may send the copies of only relevant pages of passports , its also better if your get those pages attested (as true copies)
Not required but may also send the copies of your pay stub.
