TD visa help required

Anybody can plz tell me what are the supporting docs required for TD visa, I'm applying for my wife through mail. (I-539 form)
Instructions are not very clear about supporting docs. I tried to call USCIS call center, they're not responding. my wife is not Canadian citizen. Should I send her passport for visa renewal ?
any help would be greatly appreciated

Copy of your marriage certificate, copy of your I-94, copy of your recent paystubs.

my wife is not Canadian citizen. Should I send her passport for visa renewal ?

No, she doesn't need a visa unless she wants to re-enter the US.
