TD visa Extension

appreciate your response on this,
As i wanted my wife's(Canadian as well) TD extended via email had sent in the relevant docs to Vermont center,
How do i follow up the status on this (I sent in the 539 form details my self) regard.

Check their website once you have receipt letter and case number register with them.

You will get email as your TD request approved. I got my approval in 30 days.
