Nelsona, I remember you mentioning that I could enter the USA within 30 days if my visa has expired and I-94 is still valid.
My TD visa stamp expires on August 26th, 2009 and the I-94 is valid untill July 2012. I need to go to Canada for my citizensip purpose and was wondering if it is okay to come back into US by 1st September with the same I-94. Does that rule apply to me or do I need to get my TD stamped? I want to avoid a US consulate trip coz eventually I'll go for my H4 stamping.
Please let me know.
