1 . I just received the tax transcript for last three years. It is a single printed page with no signature and no seal. Just wanted to make sure this is the right document we need to carry.

2. For Medical we need to carry photographs do they need to be immigrant type photo's or they can be any type of photo?

3. Can someone tell me where I can get the immigration type photo's in USA?

FYI.. Today I received IRS Tax transcripts for last 3 years. The transcripts are just plain paper, printed documents with a cover letter from IRS.

1. IRS Transcript is a regular computer printout with no seal or signature.

2. Passport photos required for medical and immigrant photos for the interview

3. Sears, JC Penney....but i advice you do click photos in india since you will get all passport and immigrant photos in Rs 300 whereas in usa same will cost atleast $30...only if you are in a time crunch then do in usa.
 
Is it OK to present the transcripts w/o any seal, signatures ???

What do they look for at the Consulate ?

the consulate knows how the transcript looks. so its ok to submit them. i submitited it and i didnt have any problem. in fact, they took only the last year tax transcript and they returned the previous 2 years transcript to me at the time of document submission. but, you should carry all the 3 years transcripts anyway.
