My PD is June 1, 2005 (Cherry Hill / NJ). I would like to start organizing my doccuments.

My CPA has prepared my tax papers for past five years. Do I need tax transcript? If I need it, how long it takes? Where do I get it?

Please give suggestions regarding doccumentation.

There is a sticky thread on this forum which lists common docs checklist. You can order tax transcripts either on phone 1-800-829-1040 or see this link to order via mail http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=148237,00.html

Usually tax returns/transcripts are asked for marriage based applications, if you are applying based on 5 year eligibility (non-marriage based) and don't owe any taxes then most probably you won't be asked for tax transcripts.

Just to be on the safe side, you can order it either by phone or mail/fax. Usually it arrives within 5-10 business days.
