Hi Friends,

I got an RFE , may be for tax returns and regular stuff.

I have a full time job and also have a company that I started last year.

Last year made some losses in company and the tax filed was less than the tax as per the W2 from company.

Will that be an issue when I send the papers to BCIS.

Can anyone throw some light.

I think it should not be a problem as you fulfil the job requirement with a 30+hr/wk job. I think they do not study the returns in detail (thats IRS's job). All they want to verify is that you have been earning all along and paying taxes.

They may not even ask for the returns for all you know, keep us updated when you get the rfe letter.

If it is for returns you should consult a lawyer about this.

Good Luck...
