Tax return

HI!!

I have a question about tax return. I won DV-2009 and got my GC. Last march I activated it and now i'm in my country again (in order to finish my studies and less than 6 month since march ;) ). I would like to know if I have to file tax return this year, or I will have to do next (since 2008 I wasn't resident yet)?
