Tax qustion , Need your advice asap

Hi folks: I have applied for my wife adjustment of status in dec 2008 ,(i485,131,765) and got recipt notice too and have done biometrics as well. yesterday they sent me RFE regarding sponserhip(affidevit of support).My wife was on f1(student) status since we got married(2003).and since then we are filing joint income taxes (my wife didnt worked at all cuz she was not authorize to work on student status). So we filed income tax returns togather. Now rfe says that my wife has to fill 1864 A form as well . my question is she was not elegible to work and i filed her income tax as a student and there was not income earned on her behalf. what shuld i do and what is ur best advice

File the I-864A. If you're using a joint return for the affadavit of support, then both taxpayers need to fill out the I-864, even if only one earned the income.
