I have used this letter in the past. Address it to BCIS and get it notarized.
By this letter I wish to reaffirm the contents of the job offer contained on form I-140 of the approved immigrant worker petition filed by this company on behalf of Mr. XXX. Specifically, I wish to reaffirm that:
1. This constitutes a definite offer of employment;
