I could not quite follow your case. You had fp2 and fp3 and both look recent. Can you elaborate on that.

If you look in to the details below under signature, I have mentioned all the dates, I had my first FP done in April 02, and then they have sent me 2nd FP notice in Aug 03 scheduled for sep 09 03 which I have got it done in Aug 03 and then I have got RFE on nov 17 03, i have provided them with what they wanted and I receive another notice for FP ie 3rd scheduled for 23 Dec 03.
I would be giving them on the scheduled date this time to avoid further confusion.

That's where I stand right now.
