Talking to an IIO

Does anyone know when is the best time to call INS and speak to an IIO. Typically how long is the hold AFTER one connects to the 949 number?

I usually call CSC in the morning, because I\'ve never get thru the line in the afternoon. I was able to get thru after kept redailing for about 20 minutes. Then the normal hold time is about another 20 minutes. Good luck!

Did anybody ever go to SC office in Lacuna Niguel to talk to the officer and to find out what is going on with a case?
Any experience would be helpfull.
I am thinking about going there since I can\'t reach them over the phone.
Do I have to wait in line from 6 in the morning?

I do not think they entertain the inquires about the cases personally.

Your attorney can fix up an appointment/meeting with them.

That is what the INS(CSC) page is saying under " how to find the status of your case" It gives you the option to go to Laguna Niguel to CSC and ask about your case. I am surprised that nobody talks about it or there isn\'t anybody that goes.
