just called NSC. a nice lady answered my call.
asked my case status: RFE replied on Feb. 11, INS updated on Feb. 18. still no approval though some of us got approved within 1-2 wks.
she told me that my case is in position for further review (not assigned to an officer yet). decision should be made within a month. otherwise call back.
i feel the variations in RFE response and approval time largely depend on the officer who takecare your case.
