I am approved on Oct 4th & I received my approval notice on new address after a week. My wife's case was not approved so I called IIO this morning & talked with very friendly lady. She said there is nothing wrong with her case and she must be approved. Only it's not updated on system. She took my work phone number and said she is going to send case info to her superviser to get it updated on system. She said if there is any other status then her approval she will give me a call back. Can you believe that?
