Just talked to an IIO and was told to wait at least another 60 days.

I spoke to IIO today and she said they will start processing August cases in two weeks. We can not go by these IIOs answers. So we just have to wait and see.

        Can you clarify what you mean "August cases"? Did she say whether
"August Cases" refers to "August RD" or "August ND"?

My 2 minutes with an IIO

His response after asking for EAC, address, DOB was to tell me that there may be some regression in the dates for China and India. Therefore I may have to wait till October. On asking him if that meant that they would not be approving any more I-485 petitions till October, his response was that he could not say.

She said currently they are processing ND on or before July 15. I think INS goes by Notice Dates only.

Did you perchance talk to "Greg"? I had my two minutes with him yesterday and got the exact same reply. RD 5/99 ND 6/99. But what beats me is there are people on here from 6/99 who have got approvals, and people saying they have been told by IIOs that VSC is processing NDs of July 15 99 now.
Don\'t know what to make of it all.
