Hello everybody, this is my first post.
I talked to a very nice lady on the Vermont INS center and she said that my case was approved and they were going to mail the approval letters today (by the way, my wife\'s case was on the same status). By the way, the automated message still says "your I-485 case was received on Sept 29..".
Here is some info about my case:
Came in as L-1
Country: others
RD Sept 13 1999
ND Sept 29 1999
EAC-99-278
I don\'t know what is my EB, but according to the layer, it\'s not important on my case.
Approval date: unknow, probably early this week or last week.
Received two Advanced Paroles and two EAD cards.
We never received letters asking for more info or anything like this (RFI?).
Now, I have some questions, maybe you guys can help me?
I\'m located in Philly. What do you think I should take with me to the INS office? Do you think an employement letter will be necessary? What is the format?
Also, from what I\'ve seen on the list, it\'s not necessary to setup an interview, you can just walk through the door and get a number, right?
What documents/papers should I take to the INS office? How is the interview?
Thank you all.
