Talked to IIO this morning

I just spoke to IIO and as per him my case is not assainged to any officer 3 weeks ago when I spoke to another IIO she told me she will make a request to special team regarding my case, NOw this IIO is saying no request has been made so far, and currently they are processing SEP. 1st 2000 cases, I am surprised every time I got a different response from them.
 
they are processing SEP. 1st 2000 cases by RD or ND ?

I called them a few times and got different answers:
pending, see some movement, pending. It is hard to guess what is
going on, just waiting ...
