I just talked to an IIO today regarding my I-485 application status. She told me that my case is still pending but they are moving quickly and if I don\'t hear from them within a month I should call them back .

I also talked to an IIO yesterday, her name is "Brenda" (I had to ask then she told me). My ND is 07/00, she told me that I have to wait for another 8 months. One month ago I called, that IIO told me that my case will only be approved in 02/02 !!

The way VSC have been doing for the past three months, I am pretty sure that what IIO told me carries a lot of weight. Just an openion.
