After waiting for 10 min(which is better than waiting for verizon customer representatives) I got a nice IIO .I wanted to check with her whether my new address in the system or not.She confirmed the new address.She told me that my case is in pending and they got FP information.She told that it would take 4 weeks for my case to be processed.Right now they are processing Sept 1st cases and are moving slow(as told by the officer)
