talked to IIO......Is this info is believable?

Hi,
I called today morning@ 9:00Am after 10 min of dialing I got hold of nice lady officer. here si my conversation...

WAC-01-266-xxxxx
FP done on Jan2002, avm " procees resumed on Jan 17th"

Is my case assigned?
IIO: we got ur agncy check results on Feb 13th and it\'s on officers desk ready for approval.
what about my wife results?
IIO: her results not yet rcvd...but her case also on the officers desk
Is there any delay in approving my case if dependent agency check resulta not rcvd by INS.
IIO: no not a problem, bcoz she is not primary applicant, so officer will not delay in approving ur case. (is it TRUE?)

Two weeks ago I did talk to IIO and got all most same type of reply but still waiting for approval.

 
 
Maybe this IIO is trained to give the same monotonous Robotic answers to all callers

Same here

I also called 3 weeks ago. WAC#01-269. IIO said FP check results came on Feb 12th. Not assigned yet. No update yet.
