An amended 140 was filed a few weeks back to release our case from hold due to company name change. I called VSC and talked to an IIO about a few minutes back.
I am sorry to say that I got a very rude IIO. She said some nonsense about VSC opening
mail for 140 cases filed in Feb 2001 (we know that\'s not true for amended 140) and that our amended 140 is not in the system. This is followed by more nonsense "we are waiting for guidelines to process ammended 140" I told that\'s not true and that the guidelines are needed only if an ammended 140 was not filed. She told me that she is not going to spend time arguing the rules with me.
I was so irritated that I told her that I am going to pursue with higher authorities and hung
up. When these IIO\'s are rude to us I feel we need to respond in kind (Really running out
of patience in dealing with such rude,arrogant and misinformed people)
