Talked to IIo 9/4/01 RD

I just now talked to an IIO to check the status of my address change as I had sent in a letter to them (AR-11 form). The address change had been done.

I also asked the status of my case she said that they are processing 5-15 cases and it will take about 5 months more for the process to complete.

I did not ask about the july approvals as I know what she is going to say and I have also read about it in previous posts so I just said thank you and kept the phone.

Three friends of my friends have Rd = 5-23, 7-12, 7-15. The 7-15 got approved and 5-23 and 7-12 are still waiting. Sounds funny but its the truth.

Well nothing can be predicted about Vermont is the only conclusion we can come to about Vermont.

Still waiting.....
 
seems each IIO gives different answer.

when I call them, I was told my case should be processed within 90 days since they are processing May cases now. By the way, my RD was Sep 27.

what is IIO ?
what is the number to call ?

is it the same 802 527 4913 ?

Yes,it is the same number to vsc.
IIO is Immigration Information Officer.
You can check the status in the evenings.
No need to call IIO unless there is an address change.
