IIO said case is in work area. Then I asked her what does that mean. She said it is assigned to an officer. She also said it takes 2 to 3 weeks to make decision and your case looks fine. Guys/Gals Is this a common answer now-a-days or does it really mean it is assigned
 
U are right.

It is all luck. Mine is OCT 00 ND case, I was told the same on Aug 1st week. This week when I called up IIO said it depends on officer how fact he does the work.

That\'s right..

I had a talk with IIO on Aug 9th and she said my case might take 3-4 weeks for the result to come out but when I checked the AVM on Aug 13th evening it said it was approved on same day(Aug 13th) morning.

So I would say don\'t count on IIO\'s words.. It might take even less time than what IIO told to you.. Hope you might get approved soon...
