can you post exact dates, my RD,ND 2/8/00,2/16/00. Your case might give some rough idea as to when I can get approval.

RD - 1/31/00
ND - 2/8/00
FP - 10/03/00

There was a company name change, but that was before my labor.
My I-140 and I-485 went thru the new name.

I talked to IIO right now and she told that my case is under review and it may take 30 to 45 days to take a decision.
EB2 India -- RD Feb02 and ND Feb09.

I talked to IIO Yesterday and she told that my case is under review and it may take 1 to 4 weeks.
EB2 India -- RD 10 Jan 2000 and ND 02 feb 2000.

IIo told me the same couple of weeks ago, I dont think that matters. As long as they donot assign the case to a officer being in review doesnt matter. Maybe i am wrong and would love to be wrong.

Ok I was wrong and happy to be wrong.
After i Posted my msg , i decided to check the status of my case . I was trying to get to Vermont AVM for last couple of days , but was not sucessful.
Yesterday i gave it one more try and got thru in the first attempt. And the msg said, Your case has been approved on April 17th ....
Then checked my wife\'s case and had the same msg. So Hang on there folks and your case shall soon be approved.
