Talk to Supervisor in BCIS Service Center

Hi All,

If we call 1-800-375-5283, we get dumb customer representatives on the phone who dont even know what they they are talking and here, lot is at stake for us.

Is there any way we can talk to a supervisor by calling this number? Has anyone done it before?
And is there a way to contact the Vermont INS center directly?

Any help deeply appreciated.

Yes, I called National Service center today and matter of fact I had both good and rough experience. (Look at my thread FOIA for my experience ).

There is no supervisor concept, you can ask them to transfer you to an Immigration officer and again it depends upon your luck. Check it out. Be sure to have your informations handy.
