I don't know how far this true. if it's true it is really a good news for everyone whoever on 2003 and below PD's
I got a very nice lady today . She took my reciept no and my name
..then she typed some thing after that she asked me again my name I told her.
She said my security checks and name check are cleared
Then I asked her what makes it is delayed.
She said they are working on Casse by Case and want to make sure everyone get approved by OCT 2nd (whoever 2003 and below PD's).then they will put Retrogession dates on that Date.
Then she said wait that time you will definitely get approval email if not call on that day
And also she told me look your email every day anytime from today u will get that.

As per yesterdays Bunch of approvals, and no Retrogreesion dates on EB3.
and with today IO word we can believe some thing.So guys what u think
If anyone have any experience like this please share.

I called NSC today to ask my wife NC pending, She told eveything is cleared .
I had LUD on my 485 on july 30 and 31st.
She told my case is preadjucated and it is pending for visa number.
I asked whether they have assigned visa no, she said no.
Asked to to wait till oct bullettin...since no vis no avialble rigth now....

GC-cedar is ur case EB3 or EB2.

Could someone post the NSC's number that can be called to find the status....

You mean they will approve all cases PD 2003 and below Regardless of what is your RD (2007 or 2001)?
 
Approval

They should approve your cases if you PD is 2003 and RD is 2005

i got the apprval card ordered message yesterday .I got the same email even today.. duplicate my RD is 2003 and PD is also 2003
 
i dont think so
how about those cases who are waiting for their namce check clearance
my name check is pending since 2006

my pd is 2001 but rd is 2006
dont know what's my situation is
 
After FP3 i don't have any LUD changes on my cases. And also someone raised a Receipt date question. IO didn't mention about Receipt Date .Based on trend it should be 2004 and below RD's and PD's will be 2003 and below.
This totally my assumption.
 
I think by oct 02 we all will get a definite answer. Thats about 45 days. Lets wait out guyz....good luck to all....

i guess i talked to the same lady officer,
she said the exact same things to me
i spoke to her 8/10 and 8/13 i got the welcome mails and the card production mails
hope and pray that u all in the Q get lucky as mee

She could have been saying "December" to get rid of callers for longer. Either she is dumb or there is something behind it. What's your bet? :)

I think rollingstone is absolutely right. I had only one LUD for I485 and that was due to address change. When I talked with IO couple of days backthe guy said you will get the "CARD" or the service request response in next 30 days. The IO/CustServRep will say anything..

Hi hello my friends
I called TSC on today primary applicant name check (NC) it is pending
I don't know what happened last month when I called NC i s cleared and when I went to Infopass appt they said its cleared in last year in march..
but today I got different answer..
will they request twice or once...
please give your opinions
also if any body know how to write the letter to FL ... and including matter..
example..
it's really help full and appreciates.
