We have citizenship interview next week at San Francisco. Both Me and My Wife has the interview at the same time. We have a two month old baby , who needs to be with us. Just checking is it okay to take the baby to the interview location ?
Does any one have experience on this ?

I think you can take the baby to the interview location. Make sure the USCIS employees know of the situation so one parent can remain with the child while the other is getting the interview done.

I'm in a similar situation but with a 13 month. Our drive to interview location is 2+ hours and daycare wont' open by the time we are planning to leave home.

Though we plan to leave our child with friends until day care opens (and they can leave there), this seems a better option. Hope our DO won't mind us asking them to consider this request.

It should be ok. I only have experience with San Jose office. They have or had a couple of years ago a play table for kids and people went there with young kids.

A more serious problem would be if only a parent shows up there with the kid and intends to go inside the interview room with the kid. It might still be possible, but I wouldn't recommend, as you want to have your five senses put in the interview and not in keeping an eye on the kid.

We went to SFO for the interview last week. Though our interviews were in seperate floors, luckily it was at different times. So we took turns watching the baby. I agree it will be difficult to if you take the baby to the interview room.

Thanks
