Taking 30 to 60 days for I40 filed in Oct

I had filed my 140 on Oct 24th. I got a reciept date - Nov 9th. The automated message is saying that it is taking 30 days to 60 days to process this kind of an application.

That is definitely a good sign that things are moving fast in CSC

don\'t be too optimistic. My notice date is July 27 and has not been processed till now. The hotline always says it will take 30-60 days to process!
 
I have been waiting for my I-140 approval more than 7 months now.....

But still AVM is saying B*S* 30 ~ 60 days.
Getting Hope is good but reality is different.

Even though my case is assigned to officer one month ago.

but the fact is what AVM or your notice says is not correct....Like the other post here I applied in June and no sign of approval yet.......I suggest you to check latest processing time released by CSC fortnightly to track the approximate approval time.........
 
i-140

we applied for i-140 and receipt date is sept 13th
can any one tell which is eb-2 for i-140 category
is d e-2 is eb2
