I just talked to an IIO in TSC. She checked my
case status, saying it is still pending, they
are still processing 07/01/99 case, blah, blah.

I mentioned my FP will expire in 3 months, and
asked her to make an inquiry to her supervisor.
She said she will send an e-mail out. Please
advise how much I can really count on it. If
you have this kind experience, please let me
know.

That is the number I called. You just have to keep punching
the keyboard. I wish I had the speed dial. Keep doing it
for about 10 minutes, one of those times you will get lucky.
