System administrator: wrong time stamp

It looks like the messages posted on this forum has wrong
time stamp.

I posted this message on 6/30/03 9:00PM Eastern time, but the message shown on web brower is 7/1/03 2:06 AM.

I checked my option, it's Easterm time (GMT-5).

Could the system administrator check this out?
 
Also, could the system administrator remove the LARGE FONT SIZE message at the beginning of the page?. LARGE FONT SIZE
 
By observing the time stamp, 9:00PM (GMT-5) posted message
showed time stamp of 2:00AM next day. It is obvious that the server has set to GMT-0 time zone.

Unless the server is located in Britain, this time setting is wrong.
 
Then, how come, this post of yours showing the time as '30th June 2003 09:16 PM'? You must have had wrong settings at the beginning, it depends on your settings.
