Switching to use EAD

My H1 will expire soon and i will be using EAD after H1 expiration for the same employer. I would really appreciate I somebody could tell me what steps should i have to take in order to start using EAD

Here are some questions:

1. What form/forms do i need to fill out?

2. Do I have to notify USCIS?

you dont need to do anything. you might just want to show your employer the EAD to demonstrate eligibility to work

Actually, you have to fill out a new I-9 form with your employer.

Nothing needs to be done related to the USCIS.
