Switching to EAD

My company wants me to use EAD for work. Should I fillup any form? pl let me know procedures and your experience. Thanks
 
You need to fill out a new I-9 form

similar to the one you would have filled out when you joined this company .... that will switch you over from H1-B to EAD. You might be able to downlaod the form from the IRS website ...else ask your HR/payroll dept ...
