Filled 485 in September 2005 - myself Primary, Spouse and Son Derivative. In the mean time spouse got I 140 approvals through her employer. We opted for Consulate Processing in that case.
With the developments of yesterday - Consulate processing does not make sense - my case should have been approved but looks like I missed bus this time. Now my job situation is not as good as my wife's.
