Switching job after 485 application but before 180 days

I am planning to switch job before 180 days after 485 application on EAD (bcos I ran out of my H1). I am not laid off OR fired.
Has anybody done this? Any problems?
My worries are following
1)In case there is RFE on 485 after I switch job which employer is supposed to respond ?
2)Will there be any problem in travelling to India on parole?
3) What in case the new employer fires me ? Meaning can you change employers more than once after 485 application?
4)I know if 485 is denied , I am in trouble, but what is the chance of 485 denial?

1)IN case of RFE you have to respond, not the employer.
2)NO problem using AP, unless 485 was rejected.
3) You can get another similar job.
4)Depends on SC and your sponsoring employer\'s attitude. INS will know that you have changed employer only if your sponsoring employer writes to INS. If it is TSC I wouldn\'t worry since INS will respond beyond the 180 days period.
However the new AC21 guidelines might be published soon. You might have to rethink strategy again.
