I have filed my labor through my current employer and it is just about to clear state after a long wait. I am thinking of switching employer who can process the labor in RIR or PERM.
The primary reason for this thought is I have only one year left in my current H1. I am feeling that to get through the complete process with the current employer will take atleast another 2 to 2.5 years.
Will switching to another employer who can file the application in RIR, help? Or, is it something too risky.
