Switch jobs - 140 not yet approved

Can I switch job; my 140 + 485 was concurrently filed about 8 months back. I have got my EAD and figer printing done. 140 not yet approved.

Reason for switching - what happens if my current employer/company collapse/ closure? Can I switch based on my EAD and still be in the que (Is it AC21 situation?). Pls help.

Job Switch possibility

Hi guys,

My application just got moved to the 140/485 stage. My question is during this stage are you allowed to change jobs within your company? Furhter what if the job description is different than the one that you applied your GC with? PLEASE HELP....
