surrender green card and keep IRA?

I got a green card through lotery 3 years ago.
Lived and worked in USA for 3 years.
I'm thinking about going back home (europe) and surrender my green card. [no intention to come back]
If so, can I keep my IRA? how do I get the money thirtysome years from now? I'm thinking about selling all property and closing all bank accounts...
Is this explained anywhere?

I think you should ask at your job, or whomever set up your IRA account, in the US.

Just out of curiosity...Did you know anybody in the US before you moved to there 3 years ago?

I have interview date on 18th March. To be honest I dont have immigration intend now this year, do you think is it good idea to keep somehow green card for future (2-3 years) to immigrate later to U.S.?
