My wife and I both need surrender certificate.
Should I need to pay $40 return shipping fees? or only $20?
or Should I attach 2 separate return envelopes with my application?
or Should I attached only 1 return envelope for both of us with my application?
My consulate is NY. I only sent a 20$ return mailing fee for two applications - they did not require a return envelope to be sent. Obviously if you send just one 20$ fee, it does not make sense to include two envelopes
