Surname missing on DV application form. Will I be disqualified?

Greetings.
I have been selected for the DV-2023 and realized that one of my surnames is missing in the letter of interview appointment.
(In the letter, in the area of APPLICANT NAME it says : NAME - MIDDLE NAME - SURNAME 1) But I have 2 surnames (In my country, Peru, we all have 2 surnames) so maybe I messed up while filling out the information.
However I have checked my DS-260 and I filled the information correctly : NAME - MIDDLE NAME - SURNAME 1 - SURNAME 2 (As it is on my passport)
Since both of these don't match up will I be disqualified? Or will I be given the chance to explain my mistake to the embassy?
Thanks in advance for your time to read.

The way your surname is listed on your IL is usually based on how it was listed on the eRegistration form. Did you list both surnames on the entry form and are both names listed on your 1NL?

Hello, thanks for your answer.
Both of my names along with my first surname are listed on my 1NL but my second surname is missing (NAME 1 - NAME 2 - SURNAME 1).
As you said, the NL is based on the eRegistration form, so no, I did not list both surnames on the entry form by mistake, but in the DS-260 I fixed the mistake and added my second surname. So the NL and the DS-260 do not match.
It's going to be over $800 dollars between documents, medicals and fees and I wouldn't want to go through all of that just to end up being rejected in one second because they think I am another person so I thought I would ask first.
Thanks in advance.

As long as the non-inclusion of the 2nd surname on the original entry was not an intentional omission done for the purpose of submitting multiple entries. In that case, you're not likely to be rejected/denied based on that omission, since the 2nd surname was included on the DS-260 form which enables them to conduct a full background check based on all of your listed names.

So yes, the 2NL and DS260 information will not match each other. It is the same with the case of a person who got married after the DV entry submission or had a child - the IL will not contain the name of the new spouse or baby, it however does not mean they will not be able to attend the interview with the main selectee (assuming they already submitted the DS26 forms for the new spouse or baby of course).

Thank you so much for your answer.
If that's the case I think I will be fine because I only submitted one entry. I'm just glad to hear I'm not automatically rejected. I'm confident about any background check so I will continue the process.
Thanks for your time :D
