surname change in welcome letter

Hi,

Our 485 are approved and today we recieved welcome letters. my spouce surname name is different from me, applied as derivative. earlier we recieved ead and ap with that surname but today the welcome letter shows her surname was replaced by my surname. what to do now. it shows cards are ordered. please suggest me. I called to uscis which has number on it. no responce. thank you.

if your spouse surname on form I-485 is AAAAAA then his/her Card will have Surname AAAAAAA
if your I-485 had your surname as BBBBBB then your Card will have surname as BBBBBB.

if the surname on card does not match the last name/surname as written on form I-485 then it is USCIS mistake and one can file form I-9 after you get Cards.

the problem is for my wife, if the card is with my last name instead of her last name as in passport. Shall I change her last name in the passport by producing our marriage certificate in the consulate office. Does it is a problem. Please suggest me.
