Re Second FP Yes I got the second FP along with the RFE and I did it November 2nd week.

I140 :- YES the party is still on!

Dec/Jan and beyond folks your approvals are coming soon. Please support kashmir and I140 in their efforts and town hall meetings .

I'll extend my support to kashmir after I stop partying :-) and continue giving all of you any news I get on BCIS. Will let you know stamping details after Tuesday.

It'll come eventually. My case is

WAC020725xxxx.
ND is Dec. 28, 2001.
FP is done around Apr. 2002.

Just checked my status yesterday and RFE is sent on Dec. 11, 2003. I don't know what that is and haven't received 2nd FP notice yet. Hopefully, it's both RFE and FP notice.

Congrates..BTW our message changed from FP RECEIVED TO RFE last sunday until now we haven't received anything from INS, RFE will go to lawyer or we will get it?

patapathi RFE will go to lawyer,it takes about a week after you see it online sometimes sooner.

Atri : Don't do anything about the 2nd FP it will come, sending faxes causes BCIS to transfer cases

Unless its unreasonably long, I suggest all of you to wait . The pace has surely picked up a bit.

tk_tk : thanks just hang on I am sure you will be approved before the first quarter..

Statistically,or coincidentally for some reason the pace at CSC picks up in December every year. I noticed this in 2001 and 2002 . I am very hopeful for all you guys.
