Earlier this week the Supreme Court issued an order to review an asylum case. The legal question is if someone who involuntarily took part in the persecution of other people is still eligible for asylum status. I recognize that most of you are not impacted by this, but this is still worth mentioning because the Supreme Court does not decide asylum cases that often.
