B. I have a letter from SWA stated my case has been transferred to the regional office, there is a date on the letter but the letter is very simple and it doesn't show case number. Is this enough to show as an envidence of a pending LC case?
C. On page 2 of the I-129 form, do I select YES on item g (Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition)? What do I need to explain?
D. Does anyone has a sample letter to USCIS to request for 7th year extension based on LC pending for more than a year? You can take out your personal information. I wasn't sure how to justify to USCIS about applying a Non-immigrant H-1B while seeking immigrant status.
E. Do we need to send recent paystubs? Is this for the 7th year extensions only? I didn't send any on my application for the 3 years H-1B renewal.
